The Intermolecular Metal-Site Database

InterMetalDB automatically aggregates and allows easy access to the intermolecular metal sites in biological macromolecules with structural information deposited in Protein Data Bank (PDB).

What does InterMetalDB?

InterMetalDB finds all interfacialy bound metal ions present in the RCSB PDB, determines its binding sites, and clusters them based on liganding chain sequence and coordination environment.
